By-Laws and Agenda - 16th June -Singapore

Dear all,
After several contacts with collegues we will publish the agenda last week of the this month.

1- In order to have the maximum number of members, we intend to change the by-laws ( proposed before ), because some Countries have less than 30 AIM Staff. So, we will proposed something like this :

Article II
to insert a new point, more or less like this:
a)If a Country have less than 30 AIM officers they can be members.
b)During Assemblies those members may speak on technical matters but only one representing the other´s can vote.

In our Portuguese Association we have a member who will help us about this subject, because he´s also a Lawyer.
